From last-minute preparations to the final cleanup, JZ Moore Private Host Services provides hands-on, in-home event support and takes care of the details from start to finish-allowing you to relax, enjoy your guests, and be present at your own gathering.
Preparation & Setup
I arrive before your guests to help get everything ready, including:
• Meeting and coordinating with caterers and other event vendors
• Assisting with setting up tables and chairs
• Dressing tables with linens and decor
• Setting up buffet, bar, dessert and other serving stations
• Arranging and styling food displays when not handled by the caterer
• Assisting with final details throughout the entertaining space
• Handling last-minute needs so you have time to get yourself ready
• Taking care of general pre-party setup needed to make the home and event space guest-ready
Host Support & Event Management
Once your guests arrive, I quietly manage the details behind the scenes, including:
• Overseeing the flow of the event
• Monitoring and replenishing food and serving stations
• Clearing plates, glasses and other items throughout the party
• Keeping the kitchen and entertaining areas tidy
• Managing trash and cleanup as the event progresses
• Coordinating with caterers, bartenders, and deliveries
• Handling unexpected needs as they arise
• Checking in with you throughout the event and attending to your personal hosting needs
Cleanup & Reset
As your event winds down, I take care of the aftermath, including:
• Clearing food and serving areas
• Packaging and storing leftovers
• Loading the dishwasher and handling appropriate serving pieces
• Removing trash
• Tidying the kitchen and entertaining areas
